| Full Membership: Granted to physicians who demonstrate appropriate training and commitment to Vascular Surgery and whose professional activities (practice, research, and teaching) are devoted primarily to the management of vascular disease. Includes complimentary print and electronic subscription to VASCULAR and a free listing in the international patient search directory. Membership fee - $250.00 annually. |
| Member In Training:Those accepted to membership while still in training or within 4 years of completing their training are required to pay two-thirds of the standard dues until the 5th year after they complete their training. Includes complimentary print and electronic subscription to VASCULAR and a free listing in the international patient search directory. Membership fee - $175.00 annually. |
| Developing Country: 5 year incentive membership. Includes ELECTRONIC subscription to VASCULAR and and a free listing in the international patient search directory. Membership fee - $300.00. |
| Developing Country With Print and Electronic Subscription to Vascular: Plus a free listing in the international patient search directory. Membership Fee - $140 annually. |

| Senior/Retired: Available to vascular surgeons who are 65 years or older and no longer actively involved in practice, (including part-time), research or teaching. Includes complimentary print and electronic subscription to VASCULAR Membership fee - $125.00 annually. |
| Non-Physician: Available to vascular technologists, registered nurses, physician's assistants, radiographers, ultrasonographers, and selected individuals. Includes complimentary print and electronic subscription to VASCULAR. Membership fee - $150.00 annually. |
